Alexander Dovzhenko won €220,000 for second and third-placed Vitaly Tolonnikov grab home €140,000.
"When I had the chip lead on days two and three, I felt quite confident that I would make the final table," Lykov said. "I am very proud to win this. Ukraine and Russia are very close so I feel I have won for both countries. It was a hard contest, but I did believe I could do it and I was very focused."
EPT Keiv was the largest poker tournament ever held in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
With 296 competitors, from 33 countries, including near 80 PokerStars players - attended the first event of EPT Season 6 which was held at the Kyiv Sports Palace in the Ukraine capital.
